More Incendiary

Further to the "incendiary attack" story I posted a few days ago, we now have this:

The Israeli occupation authority (IOA) started new excavations in the south western area of the Buraq plaza, which is adjacent to the Aqsa mosque, AFEH said on Thursday. The Aqsa Foundation for Endowment and Heritage said that the diggings that started on Wednesday aimed at preparing the ground for building “spas” for Israelis and western tourists. It said that a delegation of the foundation toured the area and its members saw a huge bulldozer starting to level the ground in the presence of a Jewish contractor.AFEH said that it would continue to monitor the diggings, which, it said, fell in line with the plan to completely Judaize the Buraq plaza that the IOA call The Wailing Wall Plaza.

"Spas"?*

As if the Rabbinate and Hareidi parties would permit that.

If you find a source for this claim, please leave a comment here.

I haven't been able to discover to what they are referring.

P.S.  Note this:
UN body condemns Israel for skipping meeting on Mugrahbi Bridge plans - According to the Jordanian Waqf Authorities, workers are restoring the plastering and mosaic decoration inside the Dome of the Rock, laying lead sheet over the roof of the Al-Aqsa Mosque complex, renovating the Al-Marwani mosque, and renovating the Khanatanyah School and library below the Al-Aqsa Mosque.  The report also mentioned the creation of the Center for the Restoration of Islamic Manuscripts of the Haram ash-Sharif, which was funded by Norway for $1.2 million. Saudi Arabia provided $1.3 million in funding for the “safeguarding, refurbishment, and revitalization” of the Islamic Museum of Haram ash-Sharif and its Collection.
And this:

The special UN team investigating the excavations near the Temple Mount in Jerusalem has determined that the works carried out by Israel comply with international standards for culturally significant sites. However, the report includes a call on Israel to halt excavation, which caused disappointment in the Foreign Ministry.

But this from 5 years ago:

UNESCO claims digging does not harm Temple Mount

Not spas, pools!

Israeli bulldozers started digging in the Moroccan quarter, adjacent to the Haram al-Sharif compound, the foundation said in a statement. Construction work to create new pools was also seen taking place south of the Al-Aqsa mosque, the foundation added, noting that the work is part of Israeli plans to Judaize Palestinian neighborhoods in the city...
